The Subaru Inventory Specialist job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following;
- Managing New Car Inventory
-Entering all new vehicle stock numbers into the computer accurately
- Taking high quality, clear photos of all new and used cars and uploading them to our website in a timely manor
- Managing used Car Inventory
- Receiving trade in sheets
- Writing and processing all used car checks for service
- Moving keys from service to recon. and tracking the flow of used cars through the shop to the front line
- Ensuring 100% accurate listings of used vehicles for our website and putting the appropriate window sticker for
each vehicle on it before it hits the lot
- Managing initial pricing of vehicles and ensuring any price changes are updated on the website in a timely
manor
- Double checking R.O. charges to manager approved work
- Putting together original trade in sheet, copy of service R.O., and copy of buyers guide in the deal folder
- Driving all pre-owned cars
- Maximizing the use of space and maintaining the dealership lot
- Daily Maintenance and projects to keep building exterior and parking lot clean on a daily basis
Ideal candidate’s qualifications:
Responsible, polite, organized, punctual
Able to work in a team environment
Have a valid driver's license
Clean driving record and background check
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
