Purpose: Position provides leadership within the Client Integration Solutions Team with focus on client relations. Supports New Client and Sales Executive with all on-boarding needs, and ensures thorough execution of on-boarding process.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for all support of Client Integration to the Leasing Division

Confidently establishes and sustains relationship with New Client

Instill confidence in The Client in their choice of Merchants as their Fleet vendor

Work harmoniously with Associate Director of Client Integration Solutions and Director of Client Services

Works in collaboration with Sales Executive or Ownership on receipt and validation of contracts

Partners with Strategic Consulting Group for continuous improvement

Works with "documenter" to complete all necessary documentation including Lease Account Summary

Establishes strategies and timelines for Client on-boarding

Coordinates and executes Discovery calls with Sales Executive and Client

Collaborate with Subject Matter experts throughout the organization as necessary for Discovery and implementation

Works in partnership with Sales Administration for Home Office visitation

Work in partnership with "Documenter" and Management on Welcome packet to obtain any and all information/documents

Consistently follow up on necessary on boarding steps as identified in the New Client Checklist

Support client, Sales Executive, and Owners on transactions following Client Integration (ex: Placing list of vehicles on Services Only, Purchase of vehicles from prior lessor, etc.)

Establish Structure/Selectors for Clients in Fleet Access as well as provide credentials and demonstration for use

Work collaboratively with Fleet Services in effective on boarding of all services and programs

Follow up on Client expectations and relationship at 3,6, and 12-month mile markers

Support the training and development of new CST members as it relates to Client Integration Solutions

Utilize CRM software to document, manage and track client support and vehicle transactions

Review all incoming orders for accuracy and prepare for efficient placement and processing to Lease Operations

Thrive in a fast paced, customer oriented business with consultative knowledge of lease financial needs

Support Fleet Manager as needed in the acquisition of vehicles

Other Client Services Representative/Billing duties as required to support clients as well as the Leasing Division in meeting their corporate goals

Track Merchants Leasing KPI's and report to management as necessary.

Act as Client Integration Documenter when required

Key contributor in the development, documentation, and coordination of internal procedures

Special projects as assigned

Experience:

CAFS or CAFM Certification preferred

5+ years Fleet Management/Leasing experience

5+ years in environment requiring effective communication, sales and client service skills

Skills:

Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail with an ability to focus on accuracy while managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

Exceptional verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills

Ability to accept and drive organizational change

Excellent Problem solving/resolution and decision-making skills

Ability to advocate for client and represent "voice of the customer" to build and retain relationships

Ability to nurture and work in a team environment as well as ability to work independently

Exceptional computer skills in CRM, Microsoft Windows, Excel (query), Power Point and Word

High energy as well as a pleasant and professional demeanor

Ability to travel to client and prospect locations when necessary

Education: Minimum of a 4 year Bachelor's Degree
