Healey Auto is looking to add to our skilled staff, we need a full time motivated service/parts advisor to take good care of our customers and technicians. We prefer experience but would be willing to train the right person.
A qualified candidate would have GREAT people skills. Not a fake smile and pretend to listen, you must like people and have good listening skills.
Obtain all of the customers concerns and write them up in a clear
concise manner.
Dispatch the vehicle along with all the customers written concerns, to
one of our automotive technicians.
prepare an service estimate for the customer.
Professionally explain and educate customers to what there vehicles need and why.
When approval is given you must accurately document the authorization information.
upon completion of the repairs, notify the customer, arrange pickup and
collect payment and return the vehicle to the customer in a friendly manner.
A qualified candidate must be a highly organized multi-tasker. This is a busy fast paced job. If you are looking to just punch a clock this is not for you. You will earn your pay but it will be worth it!
