Responsibilities:
o Answering phone calls and taking phone messages as necessary
o Providing customers with information about services offered
o Taking payments and handling monies
o Making copies and filing paperwork
o Performing general administrative tasks such as emailing, filing, computer work, etc.
o Checking inventory & recording items needed
o Other administrative tasks as necessary
Requirements:
o Good written and verbal communication skills
o Professionalism and dependability
o Telephone and organization skills
o Good computer skills
