YMCA Camp Belknap is looking for an Assistant Chef (Sous Chef) for our 2020 summer camp season with Long Term Possibilities. This is a full-time seasonal position which includes lodging and meals.
This position is responsible for the assistance of the day-to-day operations for the dining hall / kitchen. Experience in a large kitchen and from scratch cooking preferred. Camp Belknap produces over 1,000 servings per meal for 400 campers and staff.
Camp Belknap is an all-boys traditional residential camp situated on 300 acres along Lake Winnipesaukee since 1903. Boys ages 8-16 attend for 2-week sessions.
