Emmelynn's Family Farm Market & More is opening soon in Seabrook! We will be a local family run large indoor gourmet "farm market" featuring full service meats, deli, prepared foods, baked items, coffee, ice cream, large selection of retail specialty foods from New England, tons of great gift items, fresh flowers, and local beer & wine.
We are now looking to develop our dynamic team!
Team members MUST be enthusiastic and professional, possess strong communication skills, be motivated and be able to work independently, handle pressure in a fast paced environment, be reliable, have great attention to detail, be customer focused, have a positive attitude towards customers, team members, and managers, and be committed to our company. All team members must be able to work weekends. Here are descriptions of the positions we are hiring for:
P/T Assistant Store Manager - Would report to the store manager and owner. Would oversee the general operations of the store in all areas. Would assist as needed in all departments and assist with inventory tracking, employee tracking, checkout area, and cleanliness. Must be 21+. Hourly rate will start at $14-$15 per hour depending on experience.
P/T Food Prep Cook - Would report to the store manager and owner. Would oversee the kitchen operations and would be responsible for prepping and cooking our daily prepared meals both hot and cold. Would prep and cook established recipes and will also have the opportunity to modify menu with input on experienced dishes. Would ensure the kitchen remains extremely clean and organized. Must have knowledge and experience with proper food handling and sanitation requirements and techniques. Must be 21+. Hourly rate will start at $14-$15 per hour depending on experience.
P/T Service Counter Help - Would be the faces of our full service operation including butchery, deli, prepared foods, and bakery. Required to cut meats in our prep kitchen, make our quality sandwiches (made to order), weigh and package products, service our customers with a smile, and ensure for a clean service counter area. Must be 18+. Hourly rate will start at $11-$12 per hour depending on experience.
P/T Cashier & General Floor Help - Would be responsible for handling our checkout systems and checkout area with customers providing extremely happy and quality customer service, restock retail items on the floor, and ensure a cleanliness store and restrooms. Must be 16+. Hourly rate will start at $10-$12 per hour depending on experience.
P/T General Floor Help & Dishwasher- Would be responsible for restocking retail items on our floor and restocking prep kitchen items as needed. Would assist the food prep cook as needed and would ensure a clean product floor and restrooms. Would be responsible for cleaning all of our dishes in a quality manner. Must be 14+. Hourly rate will start at $10-$11 per hour depending on experience.
