Madeline's Truly Organic Kitchen is a take-out cafe within Portsmouth Health Food offering a wide variety of organic, creative food, including vegan and gluten-free options. We proudly utilize produce grown on our own local organic farm. We are looking for immediate part-time or full-time kitchen staff members who are enthusiastic team players and passionate about organic food.
This position involves both food preparation (e.g., salads, soups, entrees, baked goods) and front of house work (e.g., interacting with customers in a friendly, positive manner; preparing made to order sandwiches, smoothies, and juices). Successful candidates will have a commitment to quality service, be able to follow directions, and multi-task. Prior experience in a kitchen and/or cafe required. Ability to work at least one weekend day required.
Competitive hourly wage (dependent upon experience) plus staff meal.
