Downtown Portsmouth restaurant with high standards for service and excellence looking for a dedicated, driven and passionate manager.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Perform opening and closing duties of the restaurant
Run and oversee all day to day operations
Ensure the safety of guests, team members and property
Oversee the quality and integrity of food and beverage while providing guests with the best possible experience
Maintain clear and consistent communication with all staff
Cultivate a strong FOH staff by setting high standards for service, professionalism and attitude
Ability to multitask with a strong sense of time management and a willingness to learn
Disciplined work ethic and teamwork mentality a must
Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum 5 years restaurant management
Flexible schedule - nights and weekends required
Computer skills required - Adobe, Excel, Word, Publisher, etc.
POS knowledge-basic touch screen capabilities for FOH use, BOH integration for menu items and pricing (preferably Digital Dining)
Compensation:
Competitive salary commensurate with experience
