Privately owned, Independent restaurant group is looking for a full-time assistant FOH manager (AGM) and/or full time General Manager for its northshore mass locations! We are expanding In the north shore and southern no (Seacoast), looking for individuals that would like a stable career with tremendous growth opportunity. All our locations have full bars with a variety of creative homemade cocktails, delicious homemade food and a casual fun atmosphere.
This individual may possibly float between the locations located in the northshore ma and and Seacoast NH. You'll be working side by side ownership and General Management to improve the the overall guest experience, continue to implement systems and grow the brand.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 1yr Restaurant Management Experience is REQUIRED
Inventory Management Experience
Hiring, Terminating and Scheduling experience required
Ability to build a team culture, confident and well organized
Comfortable with Point of Sale Enterprise Systems
Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Google Drive would be a plus, but not required)
30-50hrs per week Salaried Position (TDB on experience)
