Flag Hill is now hiring a stellar 2019 EVENT TEAM including BANQUET SERVERS, BARTENDERS along with DISHWASHERS!
We are looking for motivated and hard-working individuals with a positive attitude to join our team for our 2019 season. At Flag Hill, you will find yourself in a fun, flexible and fast-paced environment that requires weekend availability for part-time hours. Although experience is preferred, candidates with great attitudes and a special quality of wanting to deliver above and beyond hospitality and to serve others are considered as well.

This position will provide an excellent operations experience for someone with event service experience; as well as friendly, positive people looking to learn about local New Hampshire wine and spirits.
Responsibilities will include:
- Guiding guests through a comfortable experience with our local products
- Great attention to detail
- Keeps on top of timing and execution
- Provide extraordinary hospitality and quality service to all guests
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills and hospitality/customer-focused
- Sustain a positive attitude in a large, active environment towards guests, teammates, and managers.
- Able to lift up to 30 pounds
The Banquet Server positions are flexible, can be an entry-level position which will provide an excellent experience with the possibility to cross-train in the Tasting Room.
Positions and shifts are flexible; However, applicants should be available most weekends April-October . . . Great part-time job for those looking for extra income or a college student or for teachers looking for a seasonal position.
