We're hiring on behalf of one of our clients who is looking for an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join the team at Breakfast Hill Golf Club in Greenhill, NH. You will be required to take full charge of all the food and beverage operations, which includes cooking!
You must know how to prepare food items for golfers, daily specials, events, and outing buffet food for golfers (sometimes up to 150+ golfers).
Having a background in recruiting staff is also beneficial as you'll be hiring servers, assistant cooks, and beverage cart workers. You're really the person in control over the whole F&B operation.
Position summary:
Salary: $55,000 (negotiable)
Hours: 50+ in season

Experience: 5+ years in a similar role
Food and Beverage Manager responsibilities are:
- Being in charge of all food and beverage activities
- Participating in our excellent customer service
- Planning/designing exquisite menus
- Handling customers inquiries
- Recruiting suitable new hires
- Implementing targets/goals to be met
- Following the health and safety practices
Food and Beverage Manager requirements are:
- Experience as a Food and Beverage Manager, Hospitality Manager, or Kitchen Manager
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry
- Familiar with ERP and MS Office software
- Great leadership and organizational skills
- Effective communication skills
