We at the New England's Tap House Grille are looking for experienced and hardworking cooks to join our scratch kitchen team. The ideal cook will be responsible for:
- preparing and cooking all menu items
- ensuring the ingredients are fresh
- Keeping the work area clean and make sure that the necessary equipment is readily available.
- Assist in the development of new recipes
- Accommodating customers with food allergies and restrictions
Line / Prep Cook Requirements and Qualifications
- You will need to be detail-oriented
- Able to thrive in the fast-paced environment of our kitchen.
- Excelling in a variety of cooking styles, and techniques
- Knowledge of safety rules and regulations
- Past experience as a line cook is preferred
