Hello, Restaurant Folk! We are looking for FOH & BOH help, beginning Feb 1st., for our soon-to-open farm restaurant. Interviews will be held January 11, 12, 14, & 15 onsite in Orford, NH.
About the place: We are a community diner that sits on over a hundred acres of farmland. Our modern menu offers seasonal twists to some good ol' comfort favorites.
About the gig: We are in need of BOH support for kitchen prep and FOH support for counter service as well as full service. There will be cross-training involved, so we are looking for individuals that are either well versed in restaurant work or have the desire and discipline to sharpen their skill set accordingly. Restaurant work is quick-moving & high pressure, so we are looking for hustlers. That said, we provide a professional and drama-free environment. Be on time, be kind, work hard, and we can have fun while creating a great dining experience!
About you: If you have a resume, great! Send it. We love experienced people. But we also love a good attitude and a solid work ethic--probably more than experience--so keep that in mind.
