Ore Nells is seeking to hire an experienced Server or Bartender who will also act as Assistant Manager for 3-4 shifts throughout the week in addition to their choice of serving/bar shifts. Were going into our second summer on the seacoast and looking forward to a busy season. Management experience is not required, we will train the right candidate! This is a great opportunity to learn Restaurant Management skills and to be a part of a growing family of restaurants and small businesses with high standards for service and excellence.
THE JOB:
Manage restaurant for 3-4 shifts/week, performing opening and closing duties
Serve or Bartend for 1-3 shifts/week (preferential selection of shifts)
Maintain clear and consistent communication with management, chef, owners, etc.
Set high standards for service, professionalism and attitude amongst team
QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong restaurant experience background either bartending or serving required
High volume restaurant setting experience preferred
Management experience preferred but not required
Strong leadership, interpersonal and organizational qualities a must
Flexibility in schedule, particularly in peak season a must
Ability to stay on through fall months a must
