The Holiday Inn of Salem, NH is currently seeking a Maintenance Manager for our busy 109-room hotel! Our guests are our #1 priority and we are dedicated to ensuring their experience is spectacular, from arrival to departure. Our hotel was recently renovated and features an indoor & outdoor seasonal pool, whirlpool, two restaurants and a variety of convenient amenities for our guests. The ideal Maintenance Manager will share our passion for guest service, but have a strong background in trades work. Must be able to produce quality work including painting, wall covering repairs, caulking tubs, maintenance of guestroom hvac units, flooring, etc. Must be comfortable with light plumbing and electrical work. Knowledge of pool water chemistry is a definite plus! All hotel managers are on-call 24 hours per day.
