Cooper's Hill Public House is currently hiring for front and back of house positions: part-time or full-time waiter/waitress and dishwashers.
Cooper's Hill is an Irish-inspired pub in downtown Peterborough, NH, a quick, half hour drive from Milford and Keene. We are a fun bunch in a friendly environment, and we are looking for a hard-working and detail-oriented candidates to join our team!
Dishwasher
Must have evening and weekend availability. This role is responsible for operating an industrial dishwasher and washing items by hand when necessary, as well as helping to maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen. During service, dishwashers will prepare salads and desserts, and provide assistance to the other kitchen staff as needed. Dishwashers perform opening and closing side work including closing down and cleaning the dish line. Lots of opportunity for growth into a prep cook or line cook role! No experience necessary. We are willing to train the right candidate.
Server
Must have evening and weekend availability. Servers ensure our guests have a positive experience in our pub. Servers are responsible for greeting and seating guests, answering questions about the menus, taking orders, delivering food and drinks, processing payments, and cleaning tables and the dining area. Responsibilities also include opening or closing side work. Experience preferred. Whiskey/spirits knowledge is a plus!
