Just a short ride down Route 3, the Emerald Rose Restaurant and Pub, located at 785 Boston Road (Route 3A) in Billerica, is seeking a Full Time Sous Chef for our quality oriented, mostly âfrom scratchâ Kitchen. Candidate must have mad Line Skills at multiple positions, be cool under pressure, and poses a high gear you can shift into during peak periods. Candidate needs to be responsible, with a steady work record and strong references, and have evening and weekend availability. Minimum 2 years Kitchen Management experience is required for this position. There is lots of room for creativity, and we expect you to be involved in Daily Special planning as well as long term Menu Development.
