For 15 years and counting, our physician directed medical weight loss center located on the NH seacoast has helped thousands of patients achieve their healthy weight.
We are looking for someone who can do it all in our medical office.
Candidate will be responsible for greeting all incoming patients and clients as well as assisting them with any questions and information about our Medical Weight Loss Programs and Nutritional Weight Loss products
Duties include professionally answering high volume phone calls, re-directing calls to respective staff members, perform various office duties including scheduling appointments, various computer tasks etc. and manage cash register while assisting patients and clients. Will also be required to display sales and product knowledge of nutritional/weight loss products/supplements carried in our office. (will train candidate on all product lines)
Primary responsibilities for front desk/receptionist/medical assistant/ include patient consultations on nutrition and lifestyle as part of our medical program. The position also calls for medical assistant duties including weight checks, patient vitals, reviewing patient charts,etc. You will be involved with our patients from check in to check out.

The ideal candidate possesses a background and clinical experience in nutrition along with medical office experience.
This is a part time position. We are looking to fill 6 - 14 hours a week. You would be working in our North Hampton and Dover office.
