Location: North Billerica, MA
Starting Salary: $18/hour
Hours: 7am to 3:30pm Monday through Friday
This is a full time, temp to perm position
Responsibilities of the Building Maintenance Handyperson:
Use hand tools and power tools
Regular building maintenance
Painting
Light/Basic Plumbing
Will sometimes travel when training is complete.
Requirements of the Building Maintenance Handyperson:
Must be able to lift to 50 pounds
Previous handyman experience and work with hand tools/power tools preferred
Basic plumbing skills
