Kershaw Landscape located in Southern New Hampshire is currently looking for landscape enhancement/soft-scape crew leaders and team members. The ideal candidates would be a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude, leadership skills and willingness to grow with the company. Crew Leader experience: the candidate must have minimum of 3 years’ experience with pruning of trees & shrubs, planting of trees, shrubs and flowers, bark mulch installation, spring/fall clean ups. Must be able to operate a truck and trailer.
Have or able to obtain DOT medical card.
Experience with bark mulch blower and hydro seeder are a plus. Operator skills such as bobcat, mini excavator is not required but a plus. Team Members: must have minimum of 2 years’ experience in landscape maintenance.
All applicants must have a valid driver’s license a clean driving record and reliable transportation. Benefits include paid holidays, paid vacation, and 401K plan.
This is a year-round position as we maintain snow & ice in the winter months.
