Immediate opening for 1, 2 or 3 persons:
You can apply for one or all of these positions.
These are part time positions which collectively can provide up to 30 hours/week, with potential for add'l hours as described below.
1) General House keeping/cleaning
All aspects of general house cleaning: vacuum, dusting, mopping, laundry, dishes, bathroom, straightening/organizing. small house and areas of small in home business
3-6 hrs/week
in private home and small business
all tools and supplies provided
2) General Grounds keeping and minor maintenance and upkeep
1 or 2 people needed, you can apply for one or both as per your skill and interest.
Yard, garden care
Minor maintenance to property, small repairs & upkeep, painting, etc; no special skills required, for small house and barn for an in -home business.
All tools and supplies provided
15-25 hrs/week;
Can be flexible hours but within 10 am-5 pm weekdays only.
3) Either position may apply for additional 3-10 hrs/week as needed/on call for general inventory/stocking/shipping help in same small business.
This includes assistance in cleanup and re-arranging of inventory and personal goods primarily in barn business complex.
For the right person, there is room for growth into a regular full time position as our business is growing and has multiple needs.
We prefer someone with flexible daytime/weekday schedule. Our hours are generally 10am-5pm week days.
You must be very responsible, dependendable, honest, able to interact well with others, take & follow directions, but also be self-motivated and self-managing in tasks to complete.
You must have your own transportation.
Prior experience is most preferable, but not mandatory.
You must provide at least 3 previous work related references. (If you are young in the work force and do not have this, we will consider options.)
