Looking to add a couple guys to our NH Seacoast snow and landscape team.
We got a great team and would love to add a guy who can fill one of the positions below with the idea of staying on for our landscape team this spring. Not looking for just anyone - looking for the right fit. We have full benefits (health, eyes and teeth), quarterly bonus program and some great employee events. Landscape pay would be different from the snow pay rates reflected in ad.
We only do commercial sites, all brand new equipment, top pay and on-site operations for snow. Snow removal services are supplied to high-end clients so in before the first flakes flies and plenty of hours through events.
We have the following spots available:
(1) Skid steer with Snowwolf Quattro Plow
(1) Ventrac Operator
(1) Truck Operator (this would be someone with crew leader level experience and capable or running a site)
(2-3) Shovelers
Experience and availability during snow events a must.
We offer referral bonuses too so if you have coworkers or friends that might be interested bring them along with you and get $250 per operator you bring with ya.
