Areas of responsibility are listed below, but are not limited to the following:
Ship Outbound Materials - match Sales Orders / Packing slip; International Shipping; Sales Order entry into the ERP system; Expediting Sales Orders, Interface with Purchasing, Shipping materials and supplies inventory, and Tracking Shipments
Receive Inbound Materials Unload, verify, unpack shipments from UPS / FedEx / Vendors / and Others; Material Receipt update in ERP; Label Parts; Oversight of Damaged Shipments received; Non- PO Package & letter delivery; Receipt and Routing of RMAs
Finished Goods Inventory Issue materials in to Finished Good Warehouse; Warehouse organization, Bulk parts, and Parts Cycle Count
Light Assembly Support Manufacturing
Facility Maintenance - Replacing and moving items (light bulbs, ceiling tiles, etc.)
Requirements:
3 years prior Shipping / Receiving experience necessary
Use of UPS and Fed-Ex shipping software
International Package Shipping experience
Experience working with Freight Forwarders to schedule shipments
Kanban experience
Ability to lift 50 pounds from the floor of other surface
Basic computer literacy in Excel, Word and the ability to learn other Shipping / Receiving software
Ability to use dollies, hand trucks, pallet Jacks, and carts to move material in excess of 50 pounds
Good verbal / written communication and organizational skills
High School diploma or equivalent
