Ultimate Staffing in Nashua, NH has an immediate opening for a professional Front Desk / General Admin to join our client in a TEMP to HIRE role with a Nashua based manufacturing company. This company has a convenient location and offers a nice culture and comfortable work environment! If you enjoy working in a Team environment and are comfortable in an ever-changing role, then we want to hear from you! Hours are Monday through Friday - 8:30 AM to 5 PM. Pay rate $14 to $15/hr.
Responsibilities include:
â¢Answer incoming calls and greet visitors and business associates in a gracious and appropriate manner.
â¢Daily use of overhead Paging system.
â¢Understand and enforce the company's Security measures to their full extent.
â¢Manage general office supply inventory levels.
â¢Assist with preparation for customer meetings, including responsibility to plan and coordinate luncheon meetings.
â¢Assist with accounts payable, processing vendor invoices and payments, as well as maintaining related vendor files.
â¢Assist with shipping documentation, processing inventory transactions, and maintaining related files.
â¢Process outgoing mail and distribute incoming faxes and mail.
Requirements:
â¢Due to the nature of their business, all candidates must meet the status of US Citizen.
â¢1-2 years related office experience highly preferred - manufacturing background is a PLUS!
â¢Good working knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Outlook and Excel.
â¢Strong interpersonal skills, well organized and able to work independently with minimal supervision
â¢A positive attitude, the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines are essential.
