Busy Newburyport ad agency is in need of a part-time administrative assistantaka "rock star".
You don't need ad agency experience, but prior admin experience (with references) is a must.
This is a perfect job for someone who took some time away from the workplace to raise a family, and perhaps wants to get back into the swing of things. It's also perfect for someone who wants to work in a creative environment versus a plain vanilla cubical-ridden office.
The musts:
-You must have an amazing work ethic
-Love progress
-Be positive and energetic
-Have a great sense of humor
-Create organization in a sometimes-chaotic environment
This is a per-hour/sub-contractor position with room to grow. Right now we're looking for 2 to 3 days a week from 9 to 1. Schedules may vary. Proximity to Newburyport is a plus.
