We have an immediate need for an entry level Office Assistant who knows sales/customer service and administrative duties. Given the medium size of the company there are rapid growth potential for the right person.

• 1-3 years sales/customer service or admin experience

• Attention to detail

• Flexibility

• Ability to communicate effectively on the phone and via email

• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel

• Attention to detail -- we listed it twice, because it's that important

Responsibilities Include

• Day to day administrative support

• Order entry and tracking

• Invoicing and follow-up

• Sending and tracking sales samples and stock orders

• Communicating with internal/outside sales reps

• Processing payments, invoices, etc.

• Running weekly/monthly sales and other operations reports

• Sending orders to production

• Other things we're likely to have forgotten

Position is full-time, evaluation-to-hire. Pay DOE, but in $14-17 range. Located in Southern NH
