We have an immediate need for an entry level Office Assistant who knows sales/customer service and administrative duties. Given the medium size of the company there are rapid growth potential for the right person.
⢠1-3 years sales/customer service or admin experience
⢠Attention to detail
⢠Flexibility
⢠Ability to communicate effectively on the phone and via email
⢠Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
⢠Attention to detail -- we listed it twice, because it's that important
Responsibilities Include
⢠Day to day administrative support
⢠Order entry and tracking
⢠Invoicing and follow-up
⢠Sending and tracking sales samples and stock orders
⢠Communicating with internal/outside sales reps
⢠Processing payments, invoices, etc.
⢠Running weekly/monthly sales and other operations reports
⢠Sending orders to production
⢠Other things we're likely to have forgotten
Position is full-time, evaluation-to-hire. Pay DOE, but in $14-17 range. Located in Southern NH
