Electrical contracting company is looking for an Office Manager to join our team. This position will be responsible for accounts receivable, accounts payable, data entry, monthly and year-end reconciliations and processing reports, payroll, insurance tracking, project management support, customer invoicing; tracking hours and material, admin support to CEO, customer service, scheduling, human resources, and overall office coordination and cleanliness. Our ideal candidate can work independently, has QuickBooks online experience, construction industry experience; AIA billing knowledge, and can juggle numerous responsibilities at once. This is a 32-hour week position that could lead to full-time. Pay based on experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

At least 3 years of bookkeeping experience and comprehensive knowledge of QuickBooks Online, including financial reports generation, estimates and invoicing.

Tech-savvy with experience using Microsoft Office, Excel, Google business programs.

Ability to learn and master new apps and platforms, and set up new organizational systems.

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Excellent problem-solving ability.

Highly organized.

Works well independently.

Ability to manage a multitude of tasks simultaneously.

Self-starter mentality and a positive attitude.

Open to suggestions to improve performance.
