Growing company searching for Administrative Assistant for Salem NH location.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Administration & Showroom Host
Complete Administrative Tasks Assigned
Assist with Marketing & Social Media Tasks
Assist with Schedule & Company Calendar
CREDENTIALS:
Preferred: 2 years min. experience with administrative duties
Must be proficient in Microsoft, Excel, and General Technology Functions
QuickBooks savvy a plus, but not necessary
Must be detailed, motivated, and personable
Knowledge in Social Media
Valid driver's license required
COMPENSATION:
Immediate orientation and training
Guaranteed Hourly Compensation
3 to 4 days Monday thru Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
No Holiday Hours. No Nights.
