Parts and Service Operations Associate
Northeast Drill Supply, A Blake Group company is a leading supplier of new and used drill rigs, equipment service, and parts. Northeast Drill Supply is looking to add a key member to our team as the Operations Manager. The Operations manager is responsible for Customer Service, Order Fulfillment, Inventory, and Service Operations. The operations manager will help customers solve their needs, pack and ship orders, complete order entry, and manage the inventory of the warehouse. The Operations manager will also be responsible for supporting the Service Manager in scheduling service, ordering parts for service, and billing of service.
Key Responsibilities:
⢠Customer Service- Provide a high level of customer service to customers who may need assistance with parts or service
⢠Order scheduling and fulfillment including ordering of direct shipments to customers
⢠Scheduling of service opportunities
⢠Managing an accurate warehouse of inventory and supplies
⢠Facilities Management
⢠Process Improvement- analyze process, increase productivity and efficiencies and profit
⢠Billing of customer accounts
⢠Collections
⢠Requirements:
⢠Demonstrated success in building and maintaining customer relationships in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
⢠Proven abilities in customer service, sales skills, excellent communication, follow up, organizational and record keeping abilities.
⢠Proficiency in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel
⢠Frequent operation of computer related equipment
⢠Physical demands including extended periods of sitting/ standing/driving
⢠Valid drivers' license with proven safe driving record
⢠Other duties as assigned.
