Homefront Realty has been in business since 2006. We aim for long term relationships with employees, agents and clients. We service MA and NH.We are in the process of getting licensed in FL.

-LEADS for everyone! We broadcast leads to our agents daily. There is no favoritism with the lead broadcasting. When we get a lead it goes out to every agent in the brokerage and whoever claims it first, gets the lead.
-Our goal is to help build agent careers. By building up a network of past clients (using our leads), you are guaranteed to have a long term career in real estate. Our leads slingshot careers into the passing lane. Once you have established relationships with your clients the referrals will come pouring in.
-We offer a competitive commission split plus a tiered cap system going up to 90/10 with no franchise fee.
-VERY low office fees that include E&O insurance, Dotloop, ShowingTime, FiveStreet and MLS access (in NH). If you purchased all of these on your own they would cost more than double what our office fee is. We get group discounts and pass the savings to you.
-We give you the tools you need. You may use our lockboxes (combo or Supra) & signs.
-We give you stylus pens, presentation folders and other marketing materials.
-We are independently owned and operated. There is no corporate ladder or rule book. We are always looking to improve the way we do things and can work with agents on a case by case scenario.
-Agent support is our specialty. We have staff in place to help you around the clock. Clients need help at all hours of the day and it's important that you have support when it's needed. We are here for you and aren't restricted by the time of day.
-Training/mentoring is available to all of our agents. We can run you through Realtor 101, offer shadowing and will teach you how to use our systems as often as you need.
-We give agents as much freedom as they desire. We respect the fact that you're an independent contractor. You may use your own email address, website or business card designs. We will be here if you need us but will give you space as well.
New and part time agents;
-Part time agents are welcome. We have support systems in place to help each other. If you have a home inspection scheduled while you're at your day job, we have many agents ready to help you.
-We love working with new agents to the industry. We have a fantastic mentor and training program. We will walk you through each transaction for as long as you need help
Requirements and Income:
-A Real Estate License Required for this position. If you are not licensed, we can show you the steps it takes to obtain a license.
-This is 100% commission based income. There is no base pay. Your income will depend on many factors. Many full time agents make $100,000-$300,000 per year.
