Job Skills / Requirements
GSG Protective Services has openings for Badging Officers in the New Hampshire area.
The Badging Officer Serves as primary point of contact for facility access and badging distribution. And serves as the primary point of contact for potential security equipment issues;
Troubleshoot and escalate for service/repair and recommissioning of equipment.
Duties will include but not limited to:
- Conduct security system audits of employee information assuring information is accurate, up to date, and complete across all platforms
- Review all physical access clearances for all individuals and adjusting as appropriate to business need, current roles and responsibilities
- Maintain adequate inventory of security equipment and supplies such as ID cards, lanyards, card printer ink, supplies, badge clips, etc.
- Provide timely and accurate access control and facility reports as requested
- Gather customer requested documentation and records for customer audits as instructed
- Maintain complete and accurate physical security processes and procedures, and data and records in accordance with customer requirements
- Ability to see a project through from start to finish
- Dedication and Motivation to drive results
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and as an individual contributor
Qualifications:
- Valid NH Guard License
- Availability to work flexible hours to fit department needs
- Remain within all federal and state guidelines and compliance's and/or licensing
- 2+ years of corporate security related experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Project Management capabilities
- Experience with Access Control and Surveillance Systems
- Microsoft Office
Education Requirements (Any)
High School Diploma
Associates Degree or Higher
