Responsible for the sales of new and used powersports products which may include but are not limited to motorcycles, all-terrain vehicles, personal watercraft, power equipment, dirt-bikes, and scooters.
Complete understanding of product pricing, four-square process and menu-selling.
Demonstrates the ability to carry on a professional conversation with customers, peers and management.
Responsible for developing client relationships and referrals.
Maintain contact with all clients and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Ensure a fair share of housekeeping is maintained including but not limited to the machines, sale areas and the showroom.
Job Requirements:
Strong understanding of customer service, communications and keen listening ability.
Must have motorcycle license.
Proven ability to achieve sales quotas.
5 years experience in Powersports sales required
Solid computer and phone skills
Ability to adhere to training process and willingness to learn and grow!
