Family-owned business for over 20 years, Lovering Auto Group, New Hampshire's largest Volvo dealer group, is looking for a full-time Business Development/ Customer Service Representative to join our growing team at our location in Nashua, NH.
This individual will be working in a fast-paced, team environment handling inbound and outbound inquiries and customer outreach via phone and email for all of four of our locations in NH. We are looking for an upbeat, team player to join our team as our department is growing!!
Job Requirements:
⢠Previous phone experience is a plus
⢠Experienced phone and computer skills
⢠Be comfortable performing inbound and outbound phone calls and emails at a high volume
⢠Be a proactive self-starter
⢠Team player
⢠Positive attitude
⢠Professional appearance
⢠Working knowledge of Google and Microsoft Applications
⢠Must be able to multi-task
