Premier real estate investment firm seeking a super sharp, rock star negotiation specialist that can produce results and close deals. Experience preferred.

Employment Type:

Full-Time: $60,000 to $150,000 ++ Annually (commission-based)

Here's who you are: Detail-oriented, diligent, reliable, incredibly friendly, so friendly it would be hard to stop speaking with you! Driven by commission and the need to close a sale. Intuitively good with numbers and basic accounting, but no accounting degree necessary. Previous lead and database management experience a plus. You should be comfortable with technology and able to pick up new systems quickly!

Roles and Responsibilities:

✦ Attend company-set appointments and negotiate a win/win solution for both parties

✦ Build rapport with the sellers to overcome objections to get the deal signed

✦ Make calls and drive around neighborhoods to develop new leads

✦ Must be able to manage leads and follow up with prospects

✦ Must be driven and have the mindset to want more financially

✦ Must use the CRM daily to update and stay on task until deals are closed

✦ Work out of our Nashua, NH office when not out in the field

Qualifications:

✦ Proven track record of successful negotiations with sellers

✦ Ability to keep a job and meet or exceed sales goals

✦ Reliable vehicle to drive to and from appointments

✦ Reliable, portable computer and cell phone

✦ Confidence talking to someone you are meeting the first time like you have been lifelong friends

For every 100 homes that are sold in our market of Massachusetts and New Hampshire, about 5 of them do not follow the traditional "list it with a Realtor" route. The reasons for this are varied - property not inhabitable, estate property, property has not been remodeled in many years and is in poor condition, must sell fast, inherited property, tired landlord, undesirable tenants, etc. The list goes on and on. These are motivated sellers with problem properties.

Believe it or not several THOUSAND homes and sellers have these issues in our market area, and several THOUSAND homes are sold every year that are not listed by a Realtor. The mission of Inherited Property Solutions is simple: create value for as many of these motivated sellers as possible by buying their home and helping them move on to the next stage of their life.

Inherited Property Solutions was founded in 2016 in order to help folks with problem homes. Because we are not *just* Realtors and are also real estate investors, we can offer numerous real estate solutions in addition to traditional market listings. Since 2011 the founders have bought, renovated, and sold dozens of homes across MA and NH. We're pretty good at this business.
