This person will not only work with an amazing group of employees, but assist with all aspects of ensuring our potential buyers and owners of our hot tubs, swim spas, Saunas and other quality products have an exceptional experience with the entire process. Who Are You? You are an individual who loves people, those you work with, and those who are interested in learning more about becoming spa owners! You have a proven track record of sales “ driven by leads, quick response, impeccable professionalism, and the flexibility to provide service to customers on their timeline. You are able to meet goals and sales quotas and generally blow them out of the water! You are continually increasing your product knowledge and sharing that and the next sales opportunity with our customers. You understand how to read and use customer management tools and how to keep the sales cycle in momentum. You are not afraid to work alone, but know when and how to get your fellow management and leadership involved and in the know. You present an overall experience that exceed customer expectations and supports the needs and goals of the company.
