Established in 1989, Crossroads Contracting is an award-winning Design/Build Remodeling Firm located in Londonderry, NH. The firm helps people get greater enjoyment and value from their homes by providing a comprehensive range of remodeling services.
We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced, sales professional to be part of our team. The individual we are looking for is NOT the typical salesperson most people think of. We have found that our customers want to buy our products and services but don't like being "sold." So, rather than a "high pressure" salesperson, we need someone who asks questions, listens to the homeowner, determines their needs, offers options for them to choose from and closes the deal. You will be working with individuals who have a passion for exceeding the customer's expectations. We're not just another home improvement contractor; we are known in the community as a company with the highest standards of work and an undisputed reputation for customer service.
Skills and Qualifications:
Must be a self-starter, enjoy people and willing to learn.
Should possess a minimum of 3 years inside/outside sales experience.
A passion for design, remodeling and customer satisfaction
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to effectively communicate with customers, both written and during face to face meetings.
Great attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills.
Demonstrated organization and time management skills, which includes the ability to multi-task and work multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining thoroughness and precision.
Adaptable to changing work priorities while meeting deadlines.
A great attitude and desire to show initiative.
Team player.
Excellent computer skills and be very familiar with the MS Office Suite.
Willing to have a flexible work schedule.
Knowledge of products used in remodeling.
Experience with 3D design software is a plus.
Experience selling in remodeling is a plus.
Travel required. Employee must own a vehicle and possess a valid driver’s license with insurance coverage.
Compensation is Salary plus Commission.
