Full service hair salon seeking front desk individual for customer service and scheduling along with overall support of salon operations in our very busy upscale salon in Amherst NH. Approximately 12 hour a week with some flexibility.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Basic computer skills
Scheduling clients and client services
Phone work, confirmation calls and follow-up calls
General salon organization
Laundry
Product knowledge and sales
Required Skills:
Excellent phone skills and customer service
Ability to multi-task
Good organizational skills
Stylish and professional appearance
