Seacoast construction company is looking for a experienced trades person. Ideally we are looking for a minimum of 15 years of hands on experience. Must be able to work alone and with others, includes managing subs and projects as needed.
Experience in the following:
Framing
Finish Carpentry (base, casing, crown, stairs etc.)
Tile (Floor, back splash, shower etc.)
Exterior Trim
Siding
Flooring (Laminate, LVP, prefinished etc.)
Doors/Windows
Drywall (Basic hang and mud)
professional experience understanding the building process.
Understanding of roofing systems.
Commercial experience is a plus.
Requirements:
Valid drivers license.
Own vehicle to get to job sites.
Be bale to pass drug screening.
Pass background check.
Tech savvy (Iphones, tablets computers, construction software etc.)
Great customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
Attention to details.
Prefer some one fairly local to the seacoast area

Payroll position. Not 1099 like many others.
M-F work week with over time when needed.

Starting pay will be around $27 per hour. We will take another look after 90 days.
Have some flexibility for a higher rate for the right fit/highly experienced person or some one with a MA CSL license.
