PARADIGM REMODELING CO, locally based in Brookfield NH is looking for intermediate apprentice carpenters, seasoned carpenters, re-modelers, and laborers. We’re looking for someone that has experience primarily in carpentry and is interested in learning and or building their skills in all aspects of remodeling trade work (Plumbing, Electrical, Methodical Demolition- IE Salvage, and HVAC) The ideal candidate would be someone who is in the beginning stages of working independently under instruction as a carpenter and has their own hand tools (must be able to accurately read a tape measure and has experience using power tools such as miter saws, table saws, skill saws, sawzalls, drills, etc.). This person must have a good attitude and also have the motivation and desire to learn without it being forced on them. A license and cell-phone will be required to uphold this position. Upon a successful hiring, we have many perks that may be provided, such as a company vehicle, contractors insurance, BONUSES and TOP PAY. This is and will be a dirty job at times. You cannot be afraid to sweat or deal with less than ideal circumstances from time to time. In contrary to the previous detail this person must be presentable and respectful regardless of the working environment as some of the clients would not expect any less. This means please be in the physical shape and have the outward appearance of a professional. If you feel like you learn best from hands on situations and can work under guidance, this may be the job for you. Self motivated people willing to go the mile will excel fast and will immediately lead to a right hand position or partnership. BEGINNING PAY IS OPEN TO NEGOTIATION!
