Grappone Ford is looking for a skilled Ford technician with at least one year experience to join our team. This individual must be able to diagnose and perform repairs on Ford trucks (F250s and bigger). This individual must be dependable, efficient, and take pride in the work they do. We have an amazing truck team, and are looking for the right individual to join them.

This is a flat rate position with a minimum guarantee of hours worked, or flat rate hours produced, whichever is higher.
The right candidate for this position will be required to have a valid driver's license, must be able to obtain a DOT Medical card, and must also be insurable through our insurance company.
