Jason Curtis Outdoor Services, Inc. is a medium sized NH logging company servicing the Lakes Region and South. We are looking for Forest Technician that is close to getting their license or a recent graduate with a degree in forestry. The position requires someone that is experienced, dependable, motivated, flexible, work in all weather, and able to travel daily when required.
Position requires the ability to identify property lines, cruise property, paint lots so that logging crew know exactly the cutting areas, mark skid trails and landings, proficiency with a GPS and cruise software.
Process necessary paperwork: i.e. Intents to Cut, Wetlands, observations, proposals and plans. Skill set must include excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and MS Office. Communicate with management, logging crew, and property owners and town officials.
