Preferred Qualifications:
Able to manage crews and install stone veneer to paver patios, block and stone walls, stairs, and custom outdoor living features such as fireplaces, water features, and pools.
Able to work in and appreciate, hot days, cold days, rainy days, and good weather days.
Communicate with clients regularly ensuring that our service is exceeding their expectations.
Able and willing to learn to operate top of the line light and heavy equipment such as stone hooks, Engcon excavator system and attachments, skidsteer, loader, various paver clamps, and dustless technology (saws).
At TGL, you will be working with some of the best Vendors in the industry. Great communication with vendors and learning the details of these products is a valuable part of the position. In the winter, you will stay busy with snow removal and property maintenance as well as construction, when possible. We take pride in our appearance at TGL, so each week throughout the seasons you will be scheduling the equipment to be washed and cleaned inside and out. Quality and appearance are an important part of our culture, and we pride ourselves on modern equipment and a professional appearance.
We are proud to be a “Green Company” focusing on efficiency and sustainability. Our installation crews employ permeable base hardscapes that go above and beyond ICPI standards to reduce excess water runoff, preserving the ecosystems we work within. On the administrative side, keeping track of your crew’s hours and projects will all be done with mobile technology, with very minor paperwork. Cross-training and continued education are important to TGL. You will not only have opportunities to further your skills and education, but also help train others to take on additional leadership roles in the future.

Pay: $20.00 to $23.00 /hour based on experience
Requirements:
Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Valid Driver License - Required
Medical Card - (Preferred)
Minimum 3 years experience
