Landscape Operations Manager (Based out of Newington, NH)

The Operations Manager plays a critical role in driving safety, quality, and efficiency of field operations - mostly mowing. They manage all aspects of landscape maintenance for our Seacoast division – scheduling as well as directing personnel and resources towards providing quality, cost-effective maintenance and enhancement services to clients.
The Operations Manager will be responsible for training and developing the individuals reporting to them by providing day-to-day operational scheduling and guidance. They also support the Area and Enhancement Managers as needed and often times take an active role working with the crews. We currently have (3) 3 man crews and (2) 1-2 man on-site crews. Total of around 12-15 guys. Need to be a people person with ability to motivate. Being handy with tools and able to fix mowers/2 cycle equipment is necessary as well. Familiar with Exmark mowers, RedMax blowers and trimmers.
