We are looking for experienced carpenters to work on various remodeling and new construction jobs. Must have 15+ years of experience in the residential construction industry including exterior/interior, bathrooms, kitchens and other elements, specifics outlined below;
The job will entail working well with an existing crew, completing tasks in a timely manner, with professionalism and a high level of quality. You must be able to be organized, self manage your time, be able to think on your feet and work within job guidelines.
Skills must include;
> Ability to work in unique situations and have a very hands on and creative approach for new construction and remodeling projects.
> Must be able to frame, insulate, drywall (including taping), finish painting, various interior finish work (doors, trim, cabinets, etc.), install wood and laminate flooring, cut and install ceramic tile (standard and decorative) and having a good sense of plumbing/electrical is a plus (no electrical and plumbing work will be required). Experience with exterior finishes including vinyl trim, wood/vinyl siding and other is a bonus.
> Must be able to think on your feet and work within job guidelines.
> Equipment Requirements;
> Must have a truck or van in good working order and of professional appearance. No cars or small SUV's will be acceptable for this position. No promotional or advertisement may be on exterior of vehicle.
>Tools; All tools required to complete a various assortment of work outlined above (more details available per request), no heavy equipment or staging is required.
>A smart phone in good working order, that can make/receive calls, texts and picture messages.
> Personal Requirements;
> Absolutely NO drinking is allowed on our sites, no exceptions.
> NO heavy smoking is allowed!
> No drug use of any sort is allowed, no exceptions.
> Must have a valid drivers license, no exceptions.
> Must be flexible on travel - Work is within a 60 mile radius of the main office in Alton, N.H.
> Must have auto insurance, no exceptions.
