We are seeking an additional talented service advisor/parts counter help to take advantage of a unique opportunity
The Service Advisor/Parts Counter person assists customers with their vehicle concerns and advises customers on needed repairs and services. Making every effort to satisfy the customer in person and on the phone, reviews open RO list, writes and closes work orders, up selling and obtains factory required training and must maintain high CSI scores. Also Able to look up parts to assist techs as well as customers.
The right candidate will have excellent customer service and phone skills, attention to detail and be a team player, helping us to support and maintain Integrity and Accountability and create an exceptional experience for our customers.
Requirements: Excellent Customer Service skills. Automotive, Parts and Service experience. Must have excellent time management skills and be self motivated.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Previous Ford Experience a plus.
