You’re responsible for driving profitable sales growth through all aspects of the store including; customer and product operations, merchandising, and talent development. You are responsible for supporting the execution of the store strategy to achieve performance goals. Through collaboration with your General Manager and/or Assistant General Manager, you will teach and coach behaviors to Leads, Experts and Brand Associates to cultivate a high performing team to deliver a best-in-class experience to our customers.What you'll do

Support strategies and processes to drive store sales and deliver results through a customer centric mindset.

Recruit, hire and develop highly productive Brand Associate and Expert teams.

Own assigned area of responsibility.

Implement action plans to maximize efficiencies and productivity.

Perform Service Leader duties.

Ensure consistent execution of standard operating procedures.

Represent the brand and understand the competition and retail landscape.

Promote community involvement.

Leverage omni-channel to deliver a frictionless customer experience.

Ensure all compliance standards are met.

Who you are

A current or former retail employee with 1-3 years of retail management experience.

A high school graduate or equivalent.

A good communicator with the ability to effectively interact with customers and your team to meet goals.

Passionate about retail and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Driven by metrics to deliver results to meet business goals.

Determined to effectively lead and inspire others to learn and grow through coaching and mentoring.

Agreeable to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holiday, evening, overnight and weekend shifts.

Able to utilize retail technology.

Able to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom and office and lift up to 30 pounds.

Ability to travel as required.

This role (Save Desk Specialist) will be responsible for permanent and temporary customers. On cancellation requests, the Save Desk Specialist, utilizing creative problem solving and negotiation skills, resolves customer issues in order to retain positive relationships with and continued service to existing customers. The actions of this position must demonstrate WTI value. Responsibilities: Establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. This includes meeting account retention and cancellation policy goals by resolving customer issues in a timely, accurate and professional manner. Cross‑functional teamwork is a key success factor. Investigate cancellation requests from customers and develop action plans for recovery. Refer unsuccessful attempts to save accounts to Account Manager or Sales Manager for further action. Manage and follow-up all pending cancellations until cases are closed including account research, maintenance of contact results, scheduling of follow-up activities and completion of all other requirements. Consistently meet or exceed weekly or monthly goals for handling cancellation requests. Manage the Save Desk including, tracking, follow‑up and reporting of cancellation results and placing lost accounts into the Salesforce.com. Offer and quote pricing for service on demand as encountered during customer contact. Play a key role in meeting sales and pricing objectives by proactively promoting WTI services. Identify opportunities to up‑sell and cross‑sell existing customers and refer opportunities appropriately. Generate leads for follow‑up by inside and outside sales personnel. Demonstrate proficient use of WTI sales tools (i.e. Salesforce.com, Trux, Pricing Tools, etc.) to maintain accurate customer profile records. Acquire working knowledge of appropriate local, state and federal regulations relating to WTI services and interpret for customers as required. Acquire an in‑depth understanding of WTI operations, service capabilities and other services available to customers. Experience: This position requires at least two (2) years of customer service or sales experience where strong negotiation skills is a requirement in this or other industry or equivalent job experience.
