Robert Half Technology is looking for a Program Manager. We'd love to find a candidate who is adept at managing key stakeholders and delivering value based on changing expectations and preferences for this position. This Robert Half Technology opportunity is for a Program Manager to be put at the center of our client's strategic business plan. This full-time employment opportunity is based in the Portsmouth, New Hampshire area. This position succeeds when it serves as a key member of the team, ensuring that changes are delivered to the expectations of stakeholders. Another requirement for this position is to be responsible for managing projects to successful completion, ensuring that projects deliver on time, on budget, and in accordance with standards and guidelines over the entire project within the data and analytics team. From the data perspective, we need someone who understands and is familiar with various data concepts such as data warehouses, data lakes, enterprise data projects, and various types of data integration projects. Responsibilities

- Work in close partnership with the Business Analyst, QA Manager, Product Specialist, and Product Owner/Product Manager

- Delivers detailed reporting to management on milestone completion, risk assessment, and project status

- Initiates project planning

- Provide assistance to facilitate creation and maintenance of the Project Roadmap with the Product Owner/Product Manager

- Indexes and executes the sprint planning and grooming meetings and traces ticket assignments

- Assure that the functional requirements are met, achievable, and tracked

- Works as Scrum Master for the developers on the team - clearing obstacles, leading scrum ceremonies, and ensuring the team is working effectively

- Foster the team focus on the on-time delivery of agreed products

- Complies with Product Owner/Product Manager to make certain that the product vision and high-level business objectives are explicit and practical

- Be instrumental to classify, identify, and manage risk for functional improvement requests

- Adheres and schedules projects - as per the Project Roadmap defined by the Business Owner

- Confirms project with suitable ticket workflows and boards

- Engages and communicates with designers, technical team members, developers, and stakeholders

- Coordinates the daily stand-ups, ensuring they are focused, timely, and brief

- Plans schedules and milestones, manages project scope and timelines, and inputs from all other teams assigns to that product

- Contributes to manage dependencies among cross-product teams

- Operates with the Product Owner/Product Manager to turn the product roadmap into executable projects

- Assembles report from business analysts, QA leads, and technical leads into an analysis

- Supervises deployment scheduling in coordination with Dev Ops, tech lead, and Product Owner

Requirements

- Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical colleagues

- Ability to meet deadlines

- You might be a good fit for this position if you have experience working with e-learning and blended learning programs

- Flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments

- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision

- Candidates with proficiency using commonly accepted scheduling and project management tools will be the best fit for this position

- You could be a good applicant for this position if you are familiar and comfortable with IT project management methodologies

- Good understanding of Enterprise Solutions

- Hands-on experience with Agile SDLC

- Demonstrated knowledge of Data Integration

- Prior experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

- Knowledge of Big Data

- Adeptness in Project Implementation

- General familiarity with Agile project management

- Data warehousing experience desired

- Background working with Data Analytics

- Full SDLC experience highly valued

- Previous experience working with enterprise software

- Earlier work involving Enterprise Integration

- Comprehension of software development life cycles

- Deep understanding of Program Management

- Practical knowledge of Agile Scrum

- Scrum experience highly preferred

- Experience with SDLC Methodology

- Implementation experience highly desired

- Foundational knowledge in PMP Certification

- You'll do well at this position if you are flexible and focused

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Project management skills, strong operational abilities, and demonstrated leadership and supervisory qualifications

- A Project Management (PMP) certification is required for success at this position.

- Strong problem-solving skills

- Minimum of 3 years of relevant Project Management experience
