Job Description

As the In-House Recruiter you will support the Area team for both Area New Zealand and Area 2 (Vic, SA, TAS, WA and ACT)in providing timely and efficient recruitment across all stores, ensuring a quality recruitment process internally and externally while always promoting H&M as a preferred Employer of Choice through being a Brand Ambassador.

• You will have full ownership of the recruitment process from role brief, advertisement of the job ad, screening and co-ordination of interviews through to offer.
• Oversee the entire recruitment process ensuring a quality candidate experience at all stages for store positions for new and existing stores.
• Ensure the end to end process of recruitment is being followed, take ownership for the full employee lifecycle, from sourcing and attraction, screening, through to offer and collating onboarding information ready for HR to prepare contracts.
• Ensure all vacancies are advertised both internally and externally, ensuring they meet our brand standards.
• Screen all candidates applying through all channels; Smart Recruiter and external job boards and follow up within a timely manner.
• Telephone screen shortlisted candidates for stores within your Area.
• Follow up with stores to secure feedback and next steps, ensuring quality feedback is received from the interviewer, provide coaching where necessary.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role where you have proven results in the end to end recruitment process.
• Confidence in delivering feedback to both external and internal candidates.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Organisation is keyand abilityto be able to prioritize multiple tasks based on the needs ofour fast-pacedbusiness.​
• An overall pro-active mind-set.​
• Retail experience is a bonus
