Job Description

My client is seeking a Business Systems Administrator with experience in NetSuite building workflows, saved searches, dashboards and tracking/reporting KPI metrics. This company offers medical, dental, vision and life insurance, as well as profit sharing, gym membership/trainer, company cellphone and remote flexibility!



Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Create Saved Searches, Analytics and Reports to assist operations

  • Design Workflows within NetSuite to maximize system's capabilities

  • Create Dashboards, KPI's, Custom Records, Forms & Fields in NetSuite


Preferred Qualifications:


  • 1-3 Years NetSuite Experience

  • Familiar with building workflows, saved searches, dashboards and reports

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

  • 1-3 Years Experience with SQL, CSS or HTML
