THE LASH LOUNGE® at Chimney Rock in Bound Brook, NJ, is looking for a dynamic and motivated front desk receptionist. We are a national franchise that is new to New Jersey. Our salon will offer a luxury experience specializing in eyelash extensions. We are committed to creating an inviting atmosphere that will WOW our clients with our service and the confidence that their beautiful new eyelashes will give them.This position is critical to our growth as a salon. The ideal candidate will excel in delivering customer service – our front desk receptionist is the first and last person with whom our client will interact. The first impression needs to be warm and friendly and set the tone for the luxury salon experience we are delivering. The last impression needs to ensure the client has absolutely loved their experience, or that they have confidence we will correct any areas where they felt we fell short. Our goal is 5 star reviews with clients booking their next appointment.The ideal candidate will also thrive in selling the value of our services; particularly our membership model, which will enable our clients to maintain their beautiful eyelashes at all times for a very reasonable price. Finally, our ideal candidate will love to work as part of a team, and to perform all the tasks necessary for the salon’s operation. This includes immediately reacting to a client reaching out to us, proactively calling out to clients, and ensuring the salon is always pristine and exuding the “luxury salon” vibe.RESPONSIBILITIES:
Delivering an outstanding client experience through incoming communication, proactive outreach, a warm and friend firstly impression and positive and productive close out.
Being able to confidently educate and sell the salon services and products we offer including: Classic, hybrid and volume lash extensions
Eyelash perming
Facial threading
Retail products
Ensuring the salon's appearance is always top-notch and gives our clients and employees an outstanding environment appropriate for a luxury salon.
Assisting with promotional and marketing events to help build the brand awareness of the salon.
